• Co-create and co-design locally led solutions in partnership with vetted local partners that are closest to local issues and can quickly identify and assist the most vulnerable.
• Develop a narrowed context-aware scope of work, project brief, that is aligned with your strategic priorities.
• Review letters of interest & pitches. Select and/or vote for 1-3 grant awards.
• Finalize award agreements / MOUs.
• Provide collaborative learning and adaptive management services, if required.
